What is a virtual 5K and when does it take place?

A distance of 3.12 miles that participants run on their own during an alloted time span.  For this event, you may run your 5K between the dates of August 15th and August 21st.  Your 5K may be run on any surface - road, trail or treadmill.  Please submit your time to josh@secondsoleohio.com and he will upload it to the results page.   

 

How do I register and what does it cost?

Registration cost is free for ages 10 & Under, $20 for ages 11 & Up, and $50 for a family of 3 or more residing in the same house.

What is included in my registration? 

Every household/runner will receive a goody bag including a custom finisher medal as well as a yard sign and stake (including a black and permanent red marker) that shows your support for Big Reach Center of Hope.  Additionally, households will receive a gray BRCOH Grocery Tote, runner's bib, "cross in my pocket" token/card and devotional.  Additional runners will receive a finisher medal, runner's bib and token.

How do I receive my goody bag?

Packet pick-up for goody bags is available at Big Reach Center of Hope (BRCOH) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-2pm beginning on July 27th.  BRCOH is located at Greenford Christian Church (Greenford Campus Bldg E).  The address is 11767 Lisbon Rd. Greenford, OH 44422. 

Please contact info@brcoh.org if you're unable to pick up your race packet during the designated dates and hours.

Big Reach Center of Hope is a neighborhood mission field where we hope to see those in crisis pursue a personal relationship with Christ and develop a self-supporting lifestyle. We can help by meeting both tangible and spiritual needs and recognizing the dignity and beauty of every person.

Whether giving or receiving, involvement with the Big Reach Center of Hope, (BRCOH) means the opportunity for prayer & encouraging relationships, weekly food & clothing distributions, connections to community resources, and educational programming.
